Perfect for families with spacious accommodations and kitchen stocked with cold drinks. Conveniently situated close to major attractions.
The apartment had a noticeable musty smell, likely due to poor ventilation, especially in the Turkish shower, which also lacked sufficient lighting. Noise from neighboring rooms and hallways was disruptive, particularly on the ground floor, detracting from an otherwise pleasant stay.

This wonderful small hotel had a very central setting in the centre of rome. Besides, it was near most attractions such as the coliseum and Via Condotti and the Spanish Steps. The king room we had was updated.

Location could not be better, seemed like staying in our own personal apartment in the heart of rome. The kitchen was stocked with water and coffee which was a nice bonus. The decor was tastefully done, really loved it. Felt safe and secure the whole time, would totally stay again.
Wasn't aware there was no breakfast option. Room was a bit small for my liking.

1. Unlimited serving of cold and hot drinks from common pantry that we can help ourselves to. 2. Good amenities in room including kettle 3. Excellent location
1. No lift from street to reception desk and to the rooms on level 2 2. Reception desk only manned during office hours and only receptionist not at desk the entire period as well 3. We had bunch of separate keys to open the main door, then gate after flight of steps then door to lobby area after another short flight of steps. We had difficulty opening the door to lobby (we found out after 5 minutes of trying that you had to pull the door towards you after turning the key) and there was no one to help us open the door when we buzzed the bell at night as we didn't know that the reception wasn't manned at night and there was no answer when we called the hotel. The receptionist should inform us during check in that the place won't be manned at night and ask us to try opening the various doors with the key 1st. It would also be helpful to have a 24-hour helpline if there's no staff at the hotel at night. 4. No fridge in room. 5. As they changed our room during our stay due to their full booking, the shower head in the room without bathtub is fixed above your head which is not as good as the room with bathtub (Condotti room) which has movable shower head

Chur, everything was sweet as! The room was cozy and the shower was just ace. Just wish there was a proper breakfast option, and the area was a bit noisy at times.

What a gem Crossing Condotti is! The local feasting options nearby are astounding, especially the takeaway pasta from Pastificio Guerra, awesome at just 4.50 euros. Gerald's service really stood out.
Despite the beautiful aesthetics of the room, we found an unpleasant musty smell that lingered due to poor ventilation. The noise levels were quite disruptive as well, with guests waking us up during late and early hours.

It was in the middle of Rome, and a short way from Caffe Greco. The staff was superfriendly and consistently courteous, offered us wake up calls and ironing free of charge.

The room seemed lovely until that dreadful musty smell hit us, ruinng our stay. Waking up due to noisy guests was not on my itinerary. I even expected a complimentary gesture after all this inconvenience, but alas, nothing came. I almost wanted to give a good review, but just couldn't justify it.

Crossing Condotti was an amazing hotel in an amazing city, Rome. Hotel hits you at the first second that you come through in. Crossing Condotti has a very special and romantic design, ornamented with minor details in every inch and enrinched with very kind and professional staff. It is very heart of the Rome city -just across of the Piazza di Spagna-and you can go everywhere by walking. Environment of hotel is surrounded by very good restaurants where you can have your dinner with a very acceptable prices. With their 7/24 open kitchen, you can prepare your own coffee, tea and can take out everything from the fridge fully free. The most appreciated side of Crossing Condotti is staff. Francesco has been one of the most helpful personnel we have ever seen. He gave us full information about touristic and historic places, restaurants, jazz bars, wine bars by marking on the maps and he helped us almost about everything we need in Rome by his usefull tips. By short meaning, Francesco was our angel in Rome without wings. :-) Thanks to Crossing Condotti and Francesco since they made our Rome trip unforgettable...... Ci vediamo dopo :-))))))
